- Must be registered to attend the Annual Meeting to attend the banquet

- Dinner @ 18:30

- Tie up those dancing shoes (or kick them off) for 20:00
- Closing time: 23:00

Pre-Dinner Shuttle Bus Schedules
Two shuttles will run for the pre-dinner schedule; each shuttle has been designated to stop at the two (2) hotels arranged by SUN Provincial.
Schedule to be released the week of the Annual Meeting.
Post-Dinner Shuttle Bus Schedules
One (1) shuttle bus will provide a continuous loop from the banquet/dance at ITC to the two hotels arranged by SUN Provincial. Please take note of the ITC departure times below.
Return Loop Schedule
- Shuttle resumes at 20:30; departing the dance approx. every 30 mins
- Last Shuttle will depart the dance at 11:00 pm
