SUN's 52nd Annual Meeting will take place on April 22-24, 2026, at the Queensbury Convention Centre at the REAL District in Regina. 

The Annual Operations Report, which includes the tentative agenda, resolutions package, and audited financial statements, will be distributed in early April. Watch your inbox for this important information.

  1. Funding Opportunities
    • As per Membership Policy 058-M-2023, a total of 408 additional provincially funded seats are available.
    • Deadline to apply for funding: March 13, 2026, @ 1200.

  2. Banquet Tickets
    • The Banquet will be held on Wednesday, April 22
    • Tickets are $35 each.
    • Deadline to purchase:  Friday, April 10, 2026 @ 1200.

Registration is open to all SUN members in good standing, and includes access to all three days of the meeting.
