2022 SPECIAL MEETING

Aligning SUN's Structure to Better Serve Members

In-Person  |  September 28 & 29  |  Regina

During the 2022 Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors presented a discussion paper outlining a vision for aligning SUN’s structure to better serve our members.

Following a forward-thinking discussion and an overwhelmingly positive response from the membership, a motion was brought to the floor to hold a special meeting of the union to further discuss the new structure, including the required changes to our governance documents – constitution, bylaws, and policies.

The Special Meeting will take place on September 28 & 29, in-person, at the Queensbury Convention Centre in Regina.

The agenda and resolutions package will be distributed in August, please watch your emails (including spam and junk folders) throughout the summer.

Hotel information can be found here.

Call to order is 9:00 am each day; lunch will be provided. Doors will open at 7:30 am.
