Join us for a night of good friends, good food and great fun in Hall A at the Viterra International Trade Centre.

- Doors Open @ 17:30
- Dinner @ 18:30
- Silent Auction (last bid accepted at 21:30)
- Tie up those dancing shoes (or kick them off) for 20:00
- Closing time: 23:00
BANQUET STYLE:
- Dressing up is fun! Members are encouraged to dress in their best gala attire for this milestone celebration.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ONLY:
- This event will be a cashless event.
- Credit and/or Debit card payment will be accepted at the Bar.
- Credit and/or Debit card payment will be accepted for Silent Auction items.

Two shuttles will be running for the pre-dinner schedule; each shuttle has been designated to stop at two (2 )hotels arranged by SUN Provincial. Please take note of the hotel departure times below.

Post-Dinner Shuttle Bus Schedules
One (1) shuttle bus will provide a continuous loop from the Gala at ITC to all four (4) hotels arranged by SUN Provincial. Please take note of the ITC departure times below.
Return Loop Schedule
- Shuttle resume at 20:30; departing the Gala approx. every 30 mins
- Shuttle will stop at each hotel in the following order before returning to the Gala
- Four Points Sheraton
- Delta Hotel
- Double Tree
- Ramada Plaza
- Last Shuttle will depart the Gala at 11:00 pm
