Safe Staffing Saves Lives

Inadequate staffing. Hallway nursing. Rising violence. Dangerous capacity levels. Waiting room codes. Reckless overtime demands. Unsafe work hours. Mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted registered nurses.

The list goes on where registered nurses face unacceptable levels of risk and our patients are put at risk every day by a health care system and government who will not invest in the frontline registered nurses and the direct patient care the people of Saskatchewan deserve.  

We need change – we need radical, revolutionary change.

With a provincial election and negotiations getting underway soon - this fall is a critical time for SUN members.

Join us on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the Viterra International Trade Centre in Regina for the 2024 Education Conference where SUN members will come together and raise our voices to bring about the radical (revolutionary) changes we need.
