49th Annual Meeting

We are BACK - LIVE and IN-PERSON!!

The 49th Annual Meeting  will take place on April 26 - 28, 2023, at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. This event does not offer a virtual option.

The Annual Operations Report, which includes the tentative agenda, resolutions package, and audited financial statements,  will be distributed in late March. Watch your mailbox for this important information.

Call to order is 0900 each day; lunch will be provided. Doors will open at 0730.

Registration for the 49th Annual Meeting is NOW OPEN!

REGISTRATION FEE: $100 per member

Registration is open to all SUN members in good standing, and includes access to all three days of the meeting. 

As per Membership Policy 011-M-2007, members registered to attend the Annual Meeting may purchase a banquet ticket. When additional tickets are available, members who are not registered may purchase a ticket on a first come, first served basis.

Funding to attend the Annual Meeting is determined by Membership Policy 039-M-2017. Please refer to the Registrant & Funding Information page for more details.

Eco-Friendly Event 

Reducing our paper consumption and our carbon footprint at in-person events is a priority of SUN.

  1. Paperless Meeting - Where possible, SUN will be reducing our paper consumption at all meetings by placing electronic files of resource documents, reports and business items on under the Documents section above.
    • Members are encouraged to bring a mobile device (tablet/smartphone) to access the documents. 
    • Wi-Fi access will be available, free of charge.
  2. Biodegradable Name Tags - All registered members will receive a name tag for the purpose of credentials.
    • These name tags will be 100% compostable with zero toxic residue.
  3. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

COVID-19 Protocols

At this time, it has been determined there will be no COVID protocols in place for the Annual Meeting.

Members are encouraged make decisions based on their own personal comfort and safety .

SUN continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation in the province. To ensure the safety of our members, as well as the communities and individuals they care for, SUN reserves the right to implement appropriate health measures during in-person events hosted by SUN Provincial.

If required, all attendees will be notified in advance of the conference of any new health measures.
