SEPT 28, 29 & OCT 1  |  Annual Meeting

Harnessing the power of technology, this year’s Annual Meeting will offer members the opportunity to engage in the meeting in all the familiar ways – ask questions at the microphone, seek clarification, and vote – from the comfort and safety of your own home.

To ensure members are able to have voice and engage in the democratic process, the Annual Meeting will be hosted on the Zoom platform, while voting on motions, resolutions, and elections will take place using the online voting service, Election Buddy.

 

Call to order is 9:00 am each day.

Virtual Meeting space will open at 8:00 am.

SEPT 30 |  No Scheduled Events

On June 3, 2021, the Federal Government created a new Statutory Holiday in response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Call to Action #80.

September 30 has been declared as the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, and as such, the SUN Board of Directors have made the decision to cancel SUN’s meeting on September 30 and adjust the dates for the Annual Meeting accordingly to observe this important day.
