The SUN Power Conference 2022 will offer opportunities to engage and explore the current and future states of professional practice focused on:

  • Provincial and national nursing leadership priorities and actions.
  • Advancing the voice of registered nurses.
  • Exploring our nursing leadership and followership.

Funding

The Power Conference has a total of 200 provincially funded seats to offer - please refer to the funding page for more information and process specifics.

COVID-19 Protocols

SUN recognizes attendees are registered nurses who will return to their practice in every corner of the province to care for vulnerable patients and clients.

Therefore, the following COVID protocols will be in place for all in-person events hosted by SUN Provincial.

  • Face masks are required while in attendance.
  • Social distancing should be respected in all common areas.
  • Seating will be limited at each table.

SUN will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in the province and make decisions regarding and additional health measures closer to the date of the conference.

All attendees will be notified in advance of the conference if any additional health measures are put in place.
